Organic Pistachios

Our first certified crop of ORGANIC PISTACHIOS, certified by CCOF is here!

Farming organically and finally having the first of our fields certified organic has been a big step for us (in another 18 months all of our fields will be organic). More»

Since our first harvest in 1995 Santa Barbara Pistachio Company’s objective has been to produce the best all natural pistachios available.  That means we do things different from other pistachio purveyors.

We farm what we sell.
We grow only US Fancy Grade Pistachios (the highest grade).
We brine our pistachios with wholesome ingredients instead of spraying on flavor.
We hot air dry, rather that flame roast, our pistachios at low temperatures to retain their natural buttery flavor and nutritional value
We hand sort and pack our pistachios daily to make sure they are farm fresh when you receive them

And that’s how we always do it. We hope you taste and enjoy the difference.
